Behind the White Belt:
The goal of the White Belt class is to condition the members. The new culture is fast paced and fun encouraging the members to show effort. The structured rotation of the curriculum keeps the classes different and builds endurance. As the curriculum becomes more familiar, the members begin to gain coordination and confidence in their skills. This helps the members to focus on their performance so they may progress to the Blue Belt level.
